<image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Meet us - Ryan Poyer</image:title>
<image:caption>-Founder I was born in a suburb of Chicago and moved to a small town in South Dakota at a young age where I spent my entire childhood and school years. While my immediate family and I moved to South Dakota, the rest of my family remained in Illinois. Living in small town South Dakota allowed my family and me to become a five sport athlete free of cost. On the other hand, my family back in Illinois could not participate in Athletics due to not being able to fund for the fees. This really motivated me enough to make a change so that every person, regardless of their income, has an equal opportunity to showcase their talents. Being involved in so many athletic events has opened my eyes to a whole new perspective about what it means to have a “family” bond with those who aren’t blood related. I want to bring together these communities and allow these kids to build a connection and find that “family” bond that a team creates. Remember, your success will change the outcome of those who come after you.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Rules (5v5) - Our rules are a little different… Heres what’s up</image:title>
<image:caption>5 on 5 (max roster of 8) Randomly selected teams You will remain with your team throughout the season. Practices will be organized by each team coach. ALL TEAM NAMES MUST BE APPROPRIATE Only serious fouls are called Free-throws will be rewarded for shooting fouls, and for non-shooting fouls, the ball will be taken out-of-bounds Scoring goes by 2’s and 3’s No cherry picking. EVER. cherry picking results in automatic turnover and the points will not count and the ball will be rewarded to opposing team (DON’T BE THAT PERSON) Casts (plaster, metal or other hard substances in their final form) or any other item judged to be dangerous by the supervisor, official or athletic trainer may not be worn during the game. Knee braces made of hard, unyielding substances covered on both sides with all edges overlapped and any other hard substances covered with at least 1/2 inch of slow recovery rubber or similar material will be allowed. There will be two 12 minute halves of continuous running time. Clock stops for time outs or official time outs (e.g. for injuries or retrieving a ball). Clock is not stopped for violations. The clock will stop during the final 1 minute of the second half for all dead ball situations. The clock will continue to run following made baskets inside 1minute two time outs per game per team. (1 minute each). 3 minute intermission between halves If a team is trailing by 20 or more at halftime or any point thereafter the game, the mercy rule will come into effect. Time-outs may only be called by the team with possession of the ball or during a dead ball situation. Only players that are in the game may call a time-out. Bench personnel and coaches may not call time-out. After a time-out the ball will be in-bounded closest to the spot where the ball was when the timeout was called. Any two players and/or coaches and/or spectators ejected from a game will result in an automatic forfeiture of the game by the offending team. RESPECT EACHOTHER</image:caption>
